We breathe to harmonize our energy, clarify our thoughts, and free our hearts from negative emotions. Breathwork is a form of energy work that uses the breath to enter an expanded state of consciousness. This session focuses on trauma and emotional release. We draw on archetypes like our spirit animal guides, the angelic realm, and inner masters.
