We breathe to harmonize our energy, clarify our thoughts, and free our hearts from negative emotions. Breathwork is really energy work that uses the breath to enter an expanded state of consciousness.
This session focuses on Entity Release and it is ideal for the release of stuck emotions, liberating "heavy energy" and helping release trauma.
We draw on archetypes like our spirit animal guides, the angelic realm, and our inner masters. Shamanic Breathwork Journey uses healing instruments like the drum, singing bowl, chants, healing feathers, palo santo, and other ceremonial elements.
