We breathe to harmonize our energy, clarify our thoughts, and free our hearts from negative emotions. Breathwork is really energy work that uses the breath to enter an expanded state of consciousness.
This session is different from the Breathwork on Tuesdays or Sundays in that it focuses on and in that it's more personalized. It allows 3 to 4 people max. This session may be quite deep, and it is ideal for trauma release.Entity Release
